His past sins follow him..... enough said.... What does Winnie think of him these days.....
As for Russians opinions of Stalin today... they see him for the barbarian that he was....
Hopefully furute history will reveal Nelson and Bishop Tutu for what they were....
And what exactly did Desmond Tutu do wrong?

No one answered my question about the Mandela approved practice of 'necklacing' against his opponents... I feel so abused.....
But I don't expect a truthful answer... go about your business.. play some chess... chill out
Winnie Mandela, that is. You know, the Mandela that doesn't like Nelson.

yes such a great man.... beating up a woman. He's certainly a fine father figure for all the teenage boys of any race growing up in South Africa.....
Let's face it, you're a provocative moron. Shake hands with Sam the Sham.

This occurred after he was released from prison .... now who is the maroon?
Necklacing was advocated by Winnie Mandela, who was also charged with the murder of a certain Stompie Seipei. Mandela himself advocated reconciliation, rather than the "one settler, one bullet" doctrine of the more extreme liberation groups. If he hadn't, I probably wouldn't be living in South Africa.

"Following the assassination of senior ANC leader Chris Hani in April 1993, there were renewed fears that the country would erupt in violence. Mandela addressed the nation appealing for calm, in a speech regarded as 'presidential' even though he was then not president of the country:
“ Tonight I am reaching out to every single South African, black and white, from the very depths of my being. A white man, full of prejudice and hate, came to our country and committed a deed so foul that our whole nation now teeters on the brink of disaster. A white woman, of Afrikaner origin, risked her life so that we may know, and bring to justice, this assassin. The cold-blooded murder of Chris Hani has sent shock waves throughout the country and the world. …Now is the time for all South Africans to stand together against those who, from any quarter, wish to destroy what Chris Hani gave his life for – the freedom of all of us."
