I can only find it in Dutch.

So, the knesset has voted for a mandatory death penalty for anyone convicted of a terrorist murder.
With no method of escalation (to a higher authority). Execution within 90 days.

The last execution, I believe, was Eichmann.

To make matters worse, this law would normally include murders by Jewish settlers, but it’s been worded to exclude them.

Is this racism? Isn’t it just the proof of an apartheid state?

@shavixmir

Since Arabs are Semitic peoples that is anti Semitic of the Jews.
Zionists are anti Semitic.

Death penalty for terrorists is not appropriate. The disgusting cockroaches should be tortured, put in microwaves and ovens, and made to die a slow painful death lasting several months.

I think if they actually did something like that it would generate more terrorists just out of honor of a fallen fellow warrior.
Just like that assswipe GW Bush attacking iraq which just ended up generating a whole generation of newly radicalized terrorists and starting ISIS and the like.
GREAT FRIGGING MOVE GW.
The idea is to remove terrorists and it doesn't HAVE to be by warfare.

Where have I heard that before...?

You want my opinion...?

Netanyahu is a terrorist and needs to be put to sleep ASAP

And as an aside, I wonder how many Jews world wide, have been killed over this war

It's not a mandatory death penalty for anyone convicted of a terrorist murder—just Palestinians.

To me, that finishes Israel as any kind of functioning democracy. As a colony surrounded by enemies, it should be left to fend for itself. No more money or arms from the US. In fact, treat it like South Africa in the apartheid days, and impose sanctions. I think that time is coming.

As an aside, if right-wingers in the US were to get out of the way of letting the country go green and drastically reduce its dependence on Middle East oil, it would become politically as well as economically feasible to slap sanctions on Saudi Arabia and other Arab states that treat women like chattel.

Then why are you not volunteering in the Israeli army?

A nasty little racist, posting hate from his momma’s trailer.

So Netanyahu and Trump should be tortured , put in microwaves and ovens, and made to die a slow painful death lasting several months? Or do you think Iran started this war like Hegseth said?

Trump said he started the war because he had a feeling Iran was going to take over the middle east. Netanyahu went farther and said Iran was a threat to the whole world. Are you stupid enough to believe such nonsense?

You don't seem to know what terrorism is. Irgun and Lehi were Israeli terrorist groups. They were killing British people for limiting Jewish migration to the middle east even though the British encouraged the migration with the Balfour Declaration to begin with. They were nutjobs.

You are caught up with old outdated rhetoric about what is going on:
1. US does not depend on Mid East oil to any great extent.
2. Israel can handle their security without US aid. This is not 1948. Israel is a world class weapons manufacturer and a military powerhouse. None of the Arab states can even come close, neither individually nor as a group.

Here is Google on this oil dependency you claim is going on:
***********************************
The US dependence on Middle East oil is historically low, with imports representing roughly 4% of total oil consumption (about 0.5 million barrels per day). Due to the shale boom, the US is a net exporter of crude oil. However, reliance remains through global price volatility; since oil is a globally priced commodity, disruptions in the Strait of Hormuz directly impact domestic gasoline prices.

Key Aspects of Current US-Middle East Oil Reliance
- Low Volume Dependence: Middle East imports account for a "sliver" of US needs, which are now predominantly met by domestic production and the Western Hemisphere.
- Global Price Impact: While the US does not rely on the Middle East for physical supply, American consumers are not insulated from price shocks. When tensions rise in the Middle East, such as threats to Iranian oil supplies, global Brent crude prices rise, increasing U.S. gas costs.
- Regional Exposure: Despite low national reliance, some US regional refineries are more exposed to Middle Eastern imports, making them susceptible to supply shocks.

While the U.S. has achieved substantial "energy independence" through increased domestic production, it remains connected to Middle East supply through global commodity markets.

That doesn't matter in a global economy where US economic interests span the planet. It is a very fragile system, with a disruption in oil shipments in any one place being very liable to cause repercussions everywhere—including in the US economy.

You can already see the effects NOW, which are being reported in the news all the time. The price of gas in the US since Trump's disastrous "excursion" into Iran has skyrocketed.

It's not 1750 anymore.
