Notice that Dominion didn't make lawsuit threats. All they did was write Powell to let her know she made bone headed statements they took issue with. They will not sue because they know their machines are deeply flawed and probably intentionally designed to be that way.
Dominion is still under a lot of scrutiny and they deserve every bit of it.
