@Indonesia-Phil saidTrump does not view foreign countries as sovereign entities; he views them as real estate he doesn't own yet. The people who live there don't enter into his reckoning, except insofar as they aren't paying him rent. That is why it is a bad idea to elect a (failed) businessman to high office.
Well, I won't argue with any of that, and any misunderstandings are forgiven and forgotten. If I was a religious person I'd pray for the future of Greenland, but since I'm not I'll just hope for the best, and hope that old alliances hold true.
@Indonesia-Phil saidIt's all smoke and mirrors, to distract from the Epstein case. I predict that Trump will not serve out his second term. He will be removed from office by legal means, or die in office. He may never be convicted of raping underage girls, but he may well be impeached for covering other pedos. Remember Watergate: it's not the crime, it's the cover up: remember Clinton: it's not the blow job, it's the cover up.
He's 'talking about' Greenland with a little too much persistence. To be even talking about military action against another NATO country seem like the insane ramblings of an increasingly insane and paranoid mind. Republicans are quick enough to (rightly) question Biden's fitness for office during his latter years as President, but seem incapable of rational analysis of ...[text shortened]... se are dangerous times, requiring rational thought, before the danger becomes an even worse reality.
@Rajk999 saidGreenland?
What other countries have tyrannical dictators who are involved with drug cartels, like Maduro? If Russia, China or North Korea go after any of those, that would be a cause for celebration.
“We will have Greenland the easy way or the hard way.”

There was a time the US was anti-fascist.
