What drugs is he charged with? With marijuana getting legalized in a lot of states, it would seem that would not be the big charge and what evidence have they rolled out?

Apparently, Maduro's Cabal was aiding the FARC terrorists of Columbia in exchange for drugs. Don't know what evidences they have.
