trump sent the elected leader of Norway a mail in which he explains that because Norway didn’t give him a peace prize, for stopping 8 wars, he no longer feels obligated to be peaceful and that’s one of the reasons he’s going after Greenland.
Now, that is hilarious on so many levels, but for our right-wing posters here whom, I presume find it perfectly normal, let me explain:
• Norway doesn’t hand out the Peace prize. That’s the Nobel committee that does that.
• trump hasn’t stopped 8 wars. Some of those “wars” weren’t wars, some didn’t even exist.
• Norway has nothing to do with Greenland, that would be Denmark.
• Not receiving an award isn’t a justification for doing the opposite.
And on a side note:
• If someone hands you their Oscar award for best actor, it doesn’t mean you were the best actor in a film you didn’t participate in… now, draw that conclusion to trump’s happy face whilst holding up someone else’s peace award, and tell me with a straight face you don’t feel embarrassment.
