I can't imagine Australia for example, developing nuclear weapons. Given our close strategic alliance with the US, we hardly need them do we?
Australia will need them to stem the aggressive imperialistic ambitions of Indonesia.
Australia is safe only when we can insure that any opposing force is defeated at sea.
Nuclear weapons would guarantee that nobody would invade.
