Special prosecutor Jack Smith opened up three investigations, one dealing with the 'I'm looking for 11,780 votes' to Raffensperger.
The second, inciting Jan 6 attempted coup and the third, the documents case of Trump's stolen Secret and above classified material.
Any one of the three can end up with Trump in prison.
I think the indictments will start sometime before end of December or in January.
The evidence is overwhelming, Trump is a traitor at the very least.
Obstruction of justice, inciting insurrection, holding stolen top secret documents, ANYONE ELSE would be in jail RIGHT NOW.
I can't WAIT for the ultrarightwingnut rationalizations and flat condoning his actions.
BTW, we now know because of the forced passing of text messages that it is more than just Trump, there are THIRTY FOUR sitting congressmen and senators like the traitors Green, Jordan, Mark Meadows, Guliani, Eastman and the like, THEY are deeply involved in the attempt to overthrow our government.
Yep, can't wait for the 'FAKE NEWS, HO HUM, Go home, nothing here, our POTUS is TRUMP and always will be and there was MASSIVE fraud in the elections, that is the ones that zombies LOST, the ones they won were WAY above board.
@divegeester
Watch this space🙂 Like I said, I expect indictments by January. If it was up to me that would include those 34 congressmen and women who actively worked to overthrow their own government.
The text messages are damning the bunch of them and they should be in prison along side Trump.
@sonhouse saidI agree that several Rep. congressmen were complicit and will probably continue to do everything in their power to obstruct the investigation. Once a few indictments are issued, they’ll start throwing each other to the lions though. I am confident that Smith will get someone to sing about what his boss knew and when.

@sonhouse saidFree media attention? Are you sure Trump didn't bribe someone to give him this valuable media attention? There is no law against finding votes. That is the whole goal of recounts.

Are you really this stupid? Why don't they open up an investigation into Trump passing gas too?
@metal-brain saidTrump did not merely ask PA election officials to find votes, as your wife might ask you to find her misplaced car keys. The intention was clear, that he expected PA election officials to alter the result in his favor. Trump, as when addressing an armed mob on January 6, couched his intent in words which could be interpreted in a manner which is plausibly deniable as criminal. But when a head of state declares “who will rid me of this turbulent priest!” it is not a rhetorical question; it is in effect a command to do something about it. “Find votes”, “march upon the Capitol and stop the proceedings there” are clear cases of intent to interfere with the election process, and therefore prima facie felonies. I await Smith’s indictments.

@averagejoe1 saidHe was a conman before, he's a conman still.
Six. Six years.....actually more, as the hyenas began their hunt the moment he announced and came down the escalator.
@averagejoe1 saidYep....six years....Democrat investigations all over the place, and even faking information and making up stuff they still haven't come up with anything.

You were sorely missed!
Well. Not really. We just presumed you were posting under a different name. There’s so much trailer-stupid on this forum, it’s just hard to tell.
@shavixmir saidNever crossed my mind to do something like that, why is it on your mind?

@AverageJoe1
And OF course to you that means Trump is innocent of all charges but you are so naive you think we can just lay handcuffs on Trump like a common criminal in spite of the fact he has MANY highly placed buddies and it is not like finding and arresting a shoplifter.
If I or you had those docs they found just how long do you think we would remain free?
Because it is an ex POTUS, there are MANY political and legal implications of that and THAT is why it has taken so long to handcuff his sorry ass.
But of course you will just continue on your TRUMP IS INNOCENT bla bla bla.
@moonbus saidNo, the intention is not clear. That is the problem.
