Bt what you libs miss about our government is that they care more about the immigrants than they do about our homeless, who are citizens. Google it. We spend millions on the aliens. They receive more benefits than the homeless.
So, the services are NOT NOT properly used,, as the money therefore is used for aliens. Literally applying the moniker 'alien', our govt might spend more on aliens from Mars than on homeless citizens.
