So, the mayor is asking for Federal government assistance ? My home state of Wyoming, who has no alien problems at the time, would also like to have some government assistance with neighbor cows overrunning their produce gardens.

Dear Joe - Your beloved state of Wyoming has sucked many billions of Federal dollars in disaster relief money, small business grants, your Indian tribes, funds for fire and safety, education, animal welfare, COVID 19, HIV, artists, livestock producers, roads, bridges, and electrical grid upgrades, just to name a few: all because you folks won't raise enough state tax revenue to pay for them yourself.
