I have heard people talk about this suit and they all speculate that his current trip to see his ailing grandmother in Hawaii is nothing more than a trip to take care of the matter in question.
As for being able to prove such a thing, however, I don't see how it can be done, especially when it comes to going after the rich and powerful. Once you reach a certain status financially you are more or less untouchable.
