After meeting with the governor of Arizona recently, President Obama promised to address the illegal immigration problem. His answer to the problem? It is to send 1,200 national gaurd troops to the US-Mexico border which appears to be a scale down version of the border security approach championed by "W", and we all know the success "W" had in office. Unfortunatly for Obama, however, the troop size is 1/5 the size that "W" sent to the border.

Meanwhile in Casa Arizona, they are putting up signs warming those along the border region to basically enter the area at your own risk.

The signs say, "Danger -- Public warning, Travel Not Recommended".

So as the signs move further and further toward each of our homes, I ask you, What the ##$$$ are they smoking?

In the immortal words of Senator McCain, and I do mean immortal, "If you want me to build the dang wall I'll build the dang wall."

Of course, I realize that the federal government is in full control, just like they are of the BP disaster. So in President (insert name of choice) we trust.

Having assessed the "solution" that the federal government has found to address the immigration problem, perhaps we can be motivated to continue this line of reasoning for other problems. In fact, for the BP disaster lets simply post signs, "Danger, keep out of area. It may be harmful to your health". At gas stations we can post, "Danger, may lead to global warming". At the corporate headquarters of Goldman Sachs they can post, "Danger, globalist CEO's at work seeking to squeeze every last cent from your pocket book and every last freedom you currently have". Then we can sit back and feel good that we have adequately addressed all of these problems. 😀

The Obama Administration is shutting down parts of the country and not allowing public access, basically giving the land over to Mexico.
Time for impeachment proceedings?

what? how did you go from assumption number 1 to wild assumption number 2?

Time for impeachment proceedings?

for doing the same thing bush did? I don't remember you saying bush should be impeached when he was in power, and implementing similar policy.

well, unsurprisingly obama turned out to be a disappointment, which is truly lamentable considering his promise of hope and change.

Ironiclally I think he has helped to awaken people like myself to the notion that we need change from the failed policies of the Bush administration so perhaps in a round about way he has become the promise of hope and change.

Find someone who will build a fence, then and ONLY then can you address illegal immigration. The problem is, however, is that both parties have been taken over by globalists who skeeve building fences. Personally I think trying to reform either party is folly, at least on a federal level, so perhaps the states can begin building the fences themselves?
