Freudian slip from McCain on the campaign trail?

http://2012.talkingpointsmemo.com/2012/01/clip-of-the-day-mccain-forgets-romneys-name.php?ref=fpa

And looking at this photo, I'm wondering if it was really an accident.

I think he seriously dislikes Romney. It came out in the 2008 primary. But the GOP mainstream, what's left of it, is resigning itself to Romney, who will most likely end up a Mondalesque sacrificial lamb to get clobbered by Obama.

That may be true, but no doubt this was an honest and even understandable slip up.

Don't forget during the 2008 GE he had to say "Obama" over and over again because he was his opponent.

Except when he slipped up and referred to Obama as "that one."

Oh, and it probably was honest. But I wonder if he secretly doesn't support Obama.

Secretly, he's probably regretting he didn't accept Kerry's offer. He'd probably be president next year if he had.
