If Palestinians are victims of anyone, it's of their corrupt, brutal and incompetent leadership.

They have an oceanfront land with almost unlimited international aid available (especially if they'd pursue peace). They could build another Dubai, but instead they've cast their lots in building another Afghanistan because they want to be the next great series of Islamic heroes who wiped out the Jews in the middle east.

Of course I feel terrible for the individual citizens who suffer due to Hamas' terrorist fundamentalist outlook, but that's on Hamas.

Nobody cares about the Arabs anti-Zionist feeling. If anyone needs to care is them. That has no bearing on the Jews. As for the land of Palestine. It did not belong to any nation but was part of some empire and at the time of partitioning it was a colony of the British Empire.

If after 120 years of hating Jews, you still getting nowhere, and you still suffering, still fighting Jews without any success, and you keep on doing the same thing, then this is the definition of stupidity. These are STUPID PEOPLE .... LOL... get that in your head. There is no other conflict in history where people have been so damn stupid.

As sh76 pointed out Gaza is on a prime spot on the Mediterranean Sea, with billion of $$$ at their disposal and all they can think of is war, building tunnels, killing Jews, and worse, they teach their children to do the same. When you Google 'stupidity', Gazans come up. Check it.

As for the Olso Accords, the Israel pulled out of Gaza as agreed and uprooted thousands of Jews leaving behind millions of $$$ in infrastructure which Hamas subsequently destroyed. Talk about stupid !!!

After the Accords Arafat was building an army, which was in contravention of the agreement. Arafat was suppossed to build up a police force, not an army with rocket launchers and bombs. Muslims cannot be trusted, and no Jew is so stupid as to trust a Muslim or believe that he is going to keep his promise.

The Jews pulled out of Gaza in 2005. That was 19 years ago.

Here is what happened there
- Israel exited Gaza in 2005 as promised in the Oslo Accords
- Hamas won election in 2006.
- Shipments of weapons, rocket launchers etc started coming into Gaza from Iran
- In 2007 Hamas started firing these rockets at civilians in Israel
- THEN the port was closed.

From 2007 Israel blockaded the port and only small fishing was allowed.

Serves them right.
