Perhaps I'm ignorant of all the political positions in the House of Congress. As Speaker, is she no longer a California State Congressional Representative Lawmaker? Either way...I'm not either. I don't know of anyone unaware of the hair salon regulations in ones state...especially as a woman.
Salons in CA are governed by California law. State lawmakers do that. Any violations are violations of STATE law.
And she was assured by the owner that it was okay for her to be there. If ANYone should be cognizant of state law, it would be the owner of a business.
