I really did laugh out loud when he gobsmacked her. It's sad that it was obviously intentional, claiming it was an accident is being dishonest.
But damn it was funny, I'm sure she had it coming, could that be used as a defense?🤣.
If you or me hit someone in the face with a police baton, we'd be looking at felony assault and probable jail or prison time. Budworth gets a misdemeanor charge and is still getting paid.

And other cops are outraged.

Not all uprisings should be de-escalated. Some should be tackled head on and perpetrators eliminated.
