Political correctness has nothing to do with fighting corruption.

As for discrimination, people should be free to express their discrimination in any way they like as long as they steer clear of force and fraud. If it is irrational discrimination it says more about the person doing the discriminating then those being discriminated against. Perhaps you might discriminate against a bar that discriminated against people on the grounds they wore too large shoes, or had too frizzy hair or didn't wear a dress or did wear a dress or any one of 6 and a half billion other reasons.

Doesn't that have anything to do with corruption?

For a government agency I would say it should not be allowed, but for private companies it's their own business.
