Her constituents want her to be a proper Democrat, instead of whatever it is that her Republican donors want her to be. Sad thing is, she prefers to follow the money.

There were a few other corporate tax dodges she managed to preserve but a 1% tax on stock buybacks was added which should raise considerable revenue.
All in all, the bill is a good one even if it does not match progressive hopes. For that, the Dems will need a few more Senators and continued control of the House which the People will decide in November (using our flawed, undemocratic system of course).

Yeah, the so-called repubs fell in line really well stopping anything started by Dems.
Till now anyway. Now they will do the turnaround just like they did on the infranet bill giving billions to fix bridges, they voted unanimously no but then touted how great it was after they saw the money pouring into bridge and roadwork projects in their states. Fukking hypocrites.
They will to the same to the climate bill just passed too.
