Paul Beston's new book, "A Look Back at the New Age," follows a group of hippie burnouts as they live on a communal farm in Mass. during the 1960s and '70s, then interviews the members later in life and examines how their lives reflect (or do not reflect) their youthful ideals. This book sounds like a good summer read to me because it exposes the hippie, New Age, socialist, liberal mindset for what it really is: bogus, dude!
