Oh yeah? Well you're the site's resident FARTMAN! You're also the same douchebag that makes unfounded accusations that people people cheat at chess simply because you don't like their point of view and because they don't share your delusion that the sky is falling. Face it Howie, I'm better than you...in all areas.

Wow, when DSR gets angry, it's pretty predictable what he'll do.
Instead of trying to find a reasonable argument and solution to arguments facing him (most of which I support, may I add), he debases the conversation to become some sort of flame war, with name-calling galore. He'd make a good US army officer ... and that's about all he'd be good at, chess ...[text shortened]... ay something that, if I posted it here, would undoubtedly get me banned from the forum.

Wake up and smell the marijuana for god's sake. The CO2 content of the atmosphere is like iit was a million years ago when the weather regularly went between ice ages and moderate. We have been living in a picnic era for the last 10,000 years because of the big gulf flows in the atlantic and pacific, that started up about ten thou ago and if it goes, (it's already down about 30 % in flow) then another ice age will follow sure as you are born. The Earth can go back to an ice age in 10 years if it tips over the scales like it did till 10K years ago. If that happens you can forget growing crops most anywhere in the world. Good bye humans, hello caveman.
I don't deny climate change/global warming -- it's called summer. What I have a problem with is blaming it on economic activity. Without economic activity, then there's no reason for any of us to be here. Fortunately, at the G8 Summit, President Bush schooled the other leaders and brought them back to reality.

Why do you think I don't have any hobbies? I'm fairly active on chess side of this site.
your profile is up and down like a sawblade. You win a nice game against an 1800 and then flub one against a 15π

I believe what you mean is "I don't play computer chess all day."
Sitting at home all day playing chess and surfing the web for the latest Global Warming Denial website (which has been created and funded secretly by Exxon, mobil, etc.)
Stuffing his face with Pizzas all day....he is now too obese to move from his chair in front of the TV.
Keep surfing for those lies, and pretend all those chess games you play are against real friends, Cartman!

Kyoto was a necessary first-step to put the issue into the agenda and pressure developed countries to start reducing emissions. The final format was not seen by anyone as optimal in the long-run. After they effectively started reducing emissions, it was even more in their self-interest to extend this worldwide. To go from nothing to this agreement was imposs ...[text shortened]... d a victory against people like you who actively deny climate change.
You're losing, buddy.
If someone came up with a plan to solve the worlds problem of X, and part of it was to eliminate all of Portugal, but later after much protesting by Portugal not wishing to go along with the plan, they come up with another plan which does not include eliminating Portugal. To say the first plan was good and a required step to get to the second plan is insane. The first plan sucked, just say so.
