Here's a scenario for you:
I predict that Trump will name Gen. Flynn as his running mate (Flynn it was who advised then-president Trump to declare martial law in order to stay in power after he lost the election in 2020). Flynn is playing well to Trump's voter base. I further predict that if Trump were elected to a 2d term, he would not finish it. It's a long shot, but there might be a President Flynn ....

I think Trump will go for a VP he can count on to pardon him, if it comes to a felony conviction (after he’s removed from office, of course).
