Why would I wanna go downhill do a wimpy flower growing country where you throw frisbees in the park? And pay for someone else’s child care, and education for their children? First, setting aside the huge detail of management that such a program would require, I have to ask,,,,,,,,your "Helping hard-up couples get going with a family' sure leaves a lot unsaid, when you just start right there.
