I went for a walk one morning at about 4 AM in the far outskirts of Bombay... or Mumbai as you say.
Alone except for the merchants setting their stuff in their place, each looking at me like I was from Mars, I stopped and talked to these people like me. Why they set up shop was no mystery to me. Why they sold their goods was well known to me.
What I didn't expect was that they took time to listen and answer carefully and reason with me. We smiled and joked and laughed and cried and it was because they seemed to not care that I was rich. By their standards. I was there in the early morning -- eating and laughing with them and we were united in thought.
So McCain to look good? No surprise here.
