Violence popping up everywhere. Democrats will either be our rulers or they will destroy us.
...he said, alarmingly, right after the majority republican supreme court took away women right to their own body

you are ignorant of what is going on or just willfully lying…

A few protesters banged on windows (none of which were broken) and then were dispersed with tear gas. No arrests, no injuries. https://www.fox10phoenix.com/news/police-at-arizona-capitol-fire-tear-gas-disperse-roe-v-wade-abortion-protesters

Yeah, just like January 6th, 2021.

Yeah, just like January 6th, 2021.
And they weren’t concinced to do so by the head of state.
And they weren’t chanting to hang someone.
And abortion was banned, the election results were not tampered with.

And they weren’t convinced to do so by the head of state. YES THEY WERE. Biden/Harris/Top Dems told them to act .
And they weren’t chanting to hang someone.YES THEY WERE. All over the place.
And abortion was banned, the election results were not tampered with. No, Abortion wasn't banned and the election results WERE tampered with.

the election results WERE tampered with.
Bill Barr, Trump's handpicked Attorney General and obedient lapdog said there was no evidence of widespread election fraud.

It was in Arizona where they were protesting. https://apnews.com/article/abortion-us-supreme-court-politics-health-treatment-of-prisoners-7592c38f15d1899126653810ac5523e6

The rest are lies.

What a load of bollocks.

Seriously. You are a waste of time.

I was there at the Arizona Capitol. There was no warning gas would be deployed. When the first canisters came out, I started shouting for people to get back and retreated some, but I still got some of it. A good number of us retreated across the street and about 5 min later got hit again.

No, not like Jan. 6 AT ALL.

You are full of it.

But keep going, it never stopped you before.

No one "told" us to act. We were normal citizens, doing normal protesting.

No one was yelling for anyone to be hung. Although if I had my choice, it would have been Karen Fann.

And BTW, I'd call a 15-week limit a ban. Like in Mississippi, where this all started.

And election results here were NOT "tampered with" until the Cyber Ninjas got a hold of them, at the behest of the AZ Legislature.

Were you there? No? Then shut up about it. Or keep lying, whatever.

Literally EVERY question of morality can be undermined by such hypotheticals. Tell me something you think is immoral and I'll make up a hypothetical just as absurd as yours.

Anyway, I am not even here to assert that abortion is murder. I am saying that a substantial percentage of Americans think it is, and 6 SC justices thought it reasonable enough that the question s ...[text shortened]... justices think killing animals are murder, then all bets are off. We'd already be in a clown world.
6 out of 9 just overturned Roe v. Wade.

We're already in Clown World.

Roberts wouldn't have overturned Roe(at least not yet) though he would have found that a ban after 15 weeks didn't present an "undue burden" on reproductive rights. The Mississippi law in question did allow for abortions after 15 weeks in the case of a "medical emergency" or "severe fetal deformity".

Since about 95% of abortions are performed before that, the result he voted for wouldn't have been terrible though still wrong.

I understand that you have a good shot at electing a Democratic governor.

And both your Senate and House of Representatives have very slim Republican majorities: 16-14 in the Senate and 31-29 in the House. There's hope for a Democratic trifecta there.

There sure is.

I had a meeting with Kate Gallego (for a completely different reason), and we talked briefly about Dem's chances in Arizona. She seemed excited about the potential, yet reserved, since she knows as well as I do it's gonna be uphill all the way.

I love Katie Hobbs. She is just exactly what AZ needs right now. If we can flip even one AZ house, we'd be overjoyed here, but fighting the Establishment here is crazy tough.

15 weeks IS better than an outright ban.

As I understand it, our law mirrors Mississippi's.

Still, turning women's bodily sovereignty into a bargaining chip is distasteful as hell.
