Where is your reading comprehension? I SAID Vance wrote the forward for the book written by the top dog at the Heritage foundation and author of the 900 page manifesto, like killing the entire education department so those assswipes can install charter schools as the main form of education here and a lot of kids and I mean MILLIONS of kids parents will not be able to afford a rich white boy school.
