Is there really any thing more we can do to protect our schools. Some schools have implanted "worthless" security systems, some keep all doors locked, and others require you to sign in with a credit card like device. When is to safe to much?

Sure. Fire all the teachers. Better yet... Shoot them!

They are the greatest threat to our children.

What are the odds?

schools should just allow teachers to use excessive force and give them all nightsticks and .45s and declare martial law that would teach those rowdy kids

It's not the "rowdy kids" that are a hazzard. It's the brain wiped lefty teachers.

In my humble... well, in my arrogant opinion.

The worst a kid can do is shoot a few dozen people. A brain wiped teacher can influence hundreds to think that Saddam taking millions of slaves is "natural" and "lawfull".

A bad kid might get a few dozen peers hooked on drugs. A bad teacher can hook thousands on the notion that the state is more important than the individual.

But you get the idea. Or not. If you are one of the brain wiped kids mentioned above, then you will instantly become angry at me. If you dare think of it, you will try to go out and find out what kids are being taught.

Why is the academia in america mostly left wing? I come from a very conservative area (rural Indiana) and almost everyone there is a republican except for the local pacifists and teachers. It seems like every school or college i have ever been too is full of liberals in all the teaching posistions?
Alot of kids are brainwashed by this and are liberal throught out highschool and college and then they go out on their own and hit the real world and are like whoa those liberal views that were shoved down my throat in school really dont make much since

Well, It is part of the basic tenets of socialism as laid out by karl marx. He was not really interested in the money as Engles was. He was more interested in the new field of human dynamics known as "sociology". What makes a society work or not? To him it seemed that all men had an equal number of hours and days in their lives. So all people appear to be equal. His whole existence became an effort to enforce the notion that one mans hours were the same as any others.

But he was wrong. The worth of each of us is in what we can do. Some do much. Some do nothing. This is what cost socialism and doomed it to a sad death.

The worth of us all is in what we recall. The worth of the thing is in what it will bring.

Saddly, human worth has no intellectual worth. Only worth of deed.

Academia are good, kind, sensitive people who can't really do anything. Except teach.

Their entire worth is tied up in trying to prevent the rest of us from seeing their worthlessness.

Sad.:'(😵

Two things:

1. Academia is not left-wing, although professors in the humanities lean a bit left of the American public. This contrast is less clear in other countries where the populace does not lean as far to the right.

2. Professors in the humanities are to the left of the American public because that's what a little history, literature, philosophy, and social sciences do to a person. The ignorant bigotry that drives the conservative resurgence in America does not thrive in the face of information and analysis--both necessary components of graduate school.
