Looks like they're saying the human body can produce a reverse transcriptase enzyme called LINE-1. My understanding was that these enzymes were limited to retroviruses like HIV and I had not heard of LINE-1.
Why it's so hard for you to simply explain yourself I don't understand.

Our study is the first in vitro study on the effect of COVID-19 mRNA vaccine BNT162b2 on human liver cell line. We present evidence on fast entry of BNT162b2 into the cells and subsequent intracellular reverse transcription of BNT162b2 mRNA into DNA.
