Who gives what N Korea says a second thought? Other than defending oneself from an attack, there is little more to consider when it comes to N Korea.

My nerd friends claim S Korea is considered the coolest country in Asia. They then showed me a video of gangnam style as evidence.

Could you not just as validly claim that the USA is the puppet of South Korea.
