Sounds like final preparations for war. 100,000 troops on the border so all we are waiting for now is what Putin puts up as an excuse to attack Ukraine with the agenda of getting the old Soviet empire back.
Biden said he would not intervene militarily. Just said he would apply more sanctions and Russia probably expects that regardless of what happens.
