Should places where the Coronavirus is especially widespread be quarantined?

Seems to me that commerce could continue, put people should be quarantined. How stupid is it to allow people from high Coronavirus regions to flee and spread it even faster?

Why are we shutting down our societies if most people are not in danger? If you are healthy aged 20 to 40 why not go out to restaurants? Why not go see a movie?

Yeh we had people from US bring it in to NZ.
