Trump ignored Congressional subpoenas and ordered others to do the same.

If Biden is ever subpoenaed, is it okay for him to do the same as Trump?

Ignoring vs. asserting executive privilege is a distinction without a difference.

Either way, the party issuing the subpoena is tasked with bringing a motion to compel production and you can then fight it out in court.

I don't know what you're talking about. I was referring to Trump's impeachment. Those were legal congressional subpoenas that he ignored and ordered others to do the same.

The takeaway from that is you consciously ignored ANY inference to the crimes of Trump. But now that Biden's name is up for NOTHING BTW ATT, NOW you are totally interested in proceedings.
