The FBI claims it is to protect the privacy of Seth Rich's family. I would like to hear what his parents have to say on that matter. Seth was shot in the back. Twice according to wikipedia.

Many claim Rich had been involved with the leaked DNC emails in 2016 so keeping his laptop secret is just making it look like he really was. The FBI cannot claim it contains anything top secret because they maintain he didn't leak the DNC emails in 2016. So they resorted to saying it is to protect his parents.
I wonder if his parents want to know what is on his laptop.

Someone brought up weasel words in another thread but this is a perfect example. Stating that "many say" is weaseling because it makes it seem like the many are someone other than a few balding internet bloggers .
