But other problem is that many britons are atheist or lost their faith.
living in Britain I have known many people who live a non-religious life, and worse than that , Religious Education teach young brits more about Islam or Judaism, than Christianity (believe me I know).

The loss of faith (in Christianity) created a void for other religions.

Did you read the article in the times of London in that link that Fox helpfully provided?

You have to read down a bit further than the time it takes the unwary to get all hot and bothered by it all though.

First point is that Jewish courts have been operating under the same principle for 100 years in Britain and nobody seems to worry too much.

In the UK we have arbitration "courts". These can settle cases of some disputes if both parties agree to it before hand. Many trade unions use these in disputes with their employer. These Islamic "courts" have classified themselves under the arbitration legislation and as such are able to rule on disputes but only if both parties agree to it. If, as I say, both parties agree to it before hand then the judgement is backed by the legal system. Any penalties awarded must, of course, be in accordance with British law as laid down in parliament.

It isn´t a big deal and only gives Mulims the same right as other religions.

However, you probably don´t care too much about that.

Hardly anybody in the UK gives a stuff about any religion actually.

I think that goes for most of Europe. The rejection of God goes hand in hand with the Socialist state.

Hopefully you can get your Asian immigrants to do the same as they become a bigger and bigger part of your population.

Dominic Grieve, the shadow home secretary, said: “If it is true that these tribunals are passing binding decisions in the areas of family and criminal law, I would like to know which courts are enforcing them because I would consider such action unlawful.

That's from your article.
Basically, if you've got a the shadow secretary of whatever stating that if something were the case... then you really need to back your article up with something else.

It's coincidence.

You know. People not believing in fairies and people believing in sharing things equally.
It's not related, it's just coincidence.

Much like people believing in weapons companies being sponsored by tax payers to kill civilians to promote an insubstantial belief in a false deities, whilst someone else gets rich.
Coincidence. Nothing more.

People share things equally in the UK?

And do you believe that believing in Islam is equivalent to believing in fairies?

In the the same right as other religions.

Mon ami,
The Jews do not bomb us and their courts do not. as far as I know, pronouce fatwas, stonings , hangings and other delightful sentences which are routine elsewhere. Your analogy is flawed; I am surprsed that you should make it!

Also the rejection of God goes hand in hand with the libertarian mindset.

the rejection of God goes hand in hand with the scientific mindset

the rejection of God goes hand in hand with the consumerist mindset

In short the rejection of God these days is fairly universal regardless of race or geographical location. Even though the preservation of Christian morality is a hallmark of conservative right wing politics, some of the basic tenets of Christian belief such as grace and forgiveness and being long-suffering and being a peacemaker and turning the other cheek are still largely ignored. The rejection of the philosophies of Christ in favour of the eye for an eye concept of justice as laid out in the old testament of the Bible is a quirk or feature of modern day Christianity that always seems the most incomprehensible of all the situations we could have found ourselves in.

So to say that the rejection of God only goes hand in hand with the Socialist state is a pretty narrow interpretation of what is a fairly widely held view and broadly observable phenomenon.

Not at all, but faulty assumptions are about par for the course.

What country has embraced libertarianism and has rejected God?

I can see a mass rejection of God by the majority of people in countries like Iran and Saudi Arabia. The same kind of people (when it comes to religion) as those who are bringing Islam to Europe.

That equally applies to your comment on the socialist state.

In general science rejects God. Or if you like the vast majority of scientists reject a notion of God insofar as the mechanism by which all things were created or as being the designer of all things. Scientists may hold personal individual views on the issue of God but they would tend to keep that belief separate from their life's work.

Mindsets transcend countries and the people that hold them are to be found everywhere.
