I give Congress a D, including republicans
I give the voters of Mass. an A + The Independents finally speak out.
I give we the people a C+ carry too much unsecured debt, do not save enough money.
The MA voters get a C. They elected a Republican, BUT it may help the left get its stuff in order and actually do stuff.
