I think that until President Bush and his Cabinet apologizes and begs forgiveness for lying to the world about WMD and for nearly destroying the Canadian beef industry for 10 years, hog industry, and softwood lumber, I will have to give him a 3 for effort. However, if he so happened to come to Canada on his hands and knees to beg forgiveness, I might feel like giving him a swift kick to his derriere and boot him out of my country.
