The danger with this ad is that he's owning the "racist" label; kind of like how some women say "I can be a real bitch" as a cool thing to say.

This video has gone viral and been shared an insane number of time. If "are you a racist" or "do you hate Mexicans" catches on, this could become a thing. That phrase could become a badge of honor, like Missy Eliot or Meredith Brooks using the "B" word.
The problem is that "I can be a real bitch", for women, can be a source of pride because they are standing up for themselves against the male hierarchy. Sort of like blacks saying, "Yeah! How's that for being "uppity"?" when they stand up to the Man.

This isn't like that. Owning the word "racist" is just admitting that you're an immoral scumbag.
