name all these good things biden has done
I could go on, but the point's been made. Biden's just trying to cope with the mess Trump left behind. It'll take a while to see progress on so many ragged fronts.

@averagejoe1 saidPuerto Rico pays taxes; the residents don't pay federal income tax, but PR does pay taxes to the U.S. federal government. Yet, Puerto Rico has no say in U.S. government; this is taxation without representation---the same thing the U.S. revolted against England for.
Why make Puerto Rico a state solely because they WANT to be a state.
Making them a state with full rights and representation would simply be the right thing to do.
