Puerto Rico pays taxes; the residents don't pay federal income tax, but PR does pay taxes to the U.S. federal government. Yet, Puerto Rico has no say in U.S. government; this is taxation without representation---the same thing the U.S. revolted against England for.
Making them a state with full rights and representation would simply be the right thing to do.

Whatever, but give a bit of credence to the fact that the only reason Biden is 'popular', even obviously demented and eating food off of his face, is because of the Trump hatred.
