Hey, Einstein. 51 Senators would have to vote to impeach Rod Rosenstein, so far very few have even hinted they'll do this, and majority leader Mitch McConnell won't even bring it up for a vote. You might think it's justifiable, but the Senate does not. Sorry to burst your little bubble.

He's wrong either way. The Senate doesn't vote to impeach; it votes whether to convict.
