Campaign group Leave.EU has been fined £70,000 for
breaches of election law in the 2016 EU referendum
Liz Bilney, Chief Executive of Leave.EU has been
referred to the police following its investigation into what
the Electoral Commission calls "serious offences".
Brexit campaign group Vote Leave has been
fined £61,000 and referred to the police.
The founder of pro-Brexit BeLeave, Darren Grimes,
has been fined £20,000 and reported to the police.
The fines are absolutely pitiful when you consider what the stakes were!
