The defense is crushing the prosecution.

I don't trust any right winger on this board to give reliable legal commentary on this or any other case.

Anyone who convinces themselves what a jury is gonna to do is engaging in rank speculation and nothing more.

The THREE were attacking at the same time. Rittenhouse had been hit in the head with a skate board, was on the ground being attacked.

Why is this witness not being charged with illegal possession of a firearm and assault?

That is complete BS; Rosenbaum was shot minutes before, Huber swung a skateboard in an attempt to disarm Rosenbaum's killer and Grosskreutz would have been justified shooting Rittenhouse - an active shooter. https://www.cnn.com/2021/11/01/us/kyle-rittenhouse-shooting-victims-trial/index.html
