@no1marauder saiddamn what a lie
Rittenhouse and his pals were pointing guns at people all night.
Do you know what an "initial aggressor" is?
@mott-the-hoople saidWhy do I feel like these lib posters would rather just try him by mob rule?!?!?! I’m being funny but serious at the same time this is their only mindset in life. To hell with the evidence. To hell with the judge Who is only following constitutional law.
damn what a lie
@mott-the-hoople saidRittenhouse admitted on a video taken that night that he pointed a gun at someone for standing on a vehicle though at trial he claimed he was being "sarcastic". https://www.cnn.com/2021/11/10/us/kyle-rittenhouse-trial-wednesday/index.html
damn what a lie
@no1marauder saidHe explained at great length that when someone accused him of pointing a gun, he said "yeah" to avoid confrontation and that saying yeah was the best way to diffuse the situation and back away (which he was probably correct about).

You can believe him or not, but that's not an "admission" that he pointed a gun at anyone.
@sh76 saidBut it is an admission if you look at it in a liberal point of you. Such is The origin, the connotation, of the word liberal

@sleepyguy saidYou're right. Sorry. It was "I did" and not "yeah."
@sh76
I thought his testimony was that he said "I did". Was there a "yeah" in there? Wasn't there also something about pointing a laser? I thought I heard that.
Anyway Hernandez just said a while ago that he didn't ever observe Kyle acting aggressively to anyone.
@no1marauder saidwhich brings up the big elephant in the room...blm violence has to be stoppe4d.
That is complete BS; Rosenbaum was shot minutes before, Huber swung a skateboard in an attempt to disarm Rosenbaum's killer and Grosskreutz would have been justified shooting Rittenhouse - an active shooter. https://www.cnn.com/2021/11/01/us/kyle-rittenhouse-shooting-victims-trial/index.html
they are threatening the new mayor of ny with violence now...blm is a terrorist group.
@contenchess saidMost of the people who will be burning the city aren't intellectually capable of understanding the difference between a mistrial and an acquittal.
Clearly the prosecution is trying to force a mistrial.
Why?
They know they lost but if Rittenhouse is acquitted the town will burn again and be looted by some fine citizens from BLM.
So force the mistrial and talk about a new trial which will never happen.
That's my theory.
@mott-the-hoople saidI really don’t know this, but is BLM made up of people of the liberal bent or people of the conservative bent?

Uncontroverted evidence has been presented that:
1. Rosenbaum threatened to kill him, threw something at him and grabbed his gun before Rittenhouse shot him.
2. Huber hit Rittenhouse in the head with a skateboard (at least once, but maybe twice) and still had the skateboard and would presumably have kept hitting him.
3. Grosskreutz aimed a pistol at him.
There is zero evidence that Rittenhouse started up with any of these three people. On the contrary, Rittenhouse was fleeing when accosted.
The prosecution has not rebutted any of this evidence.
I don't care whether Rittenhouse was trying to look cool with his AR-15 or whether he's a stupid kid or a tough talker or whether he should have just stayed the F home that night. He's entitled to an acquittal. If the jury doesn't give it to him, the judge must. Convicting him would make a mockery of our burden of proof in criminal cases rules.
@sh76 saidJesus, when did you turn into such a right wing shill?
Most of the people who will be burning the city aren't intellectually capable of understanding the difference between a mistrial and an acquittal.
Your posts are intellectually indistinguishable from Mott's and the other crazies lately.
@no1marauder saidIt's only an admission if you don't buy his explanation.
He admitted it on the video, didn't he?
You're entitled to determine whether you buy it, but it's not a settled issue.
