BLM threatened people [especially whites], that they would die and their houses taken if they did not give them reparations and other compensation. There were no law enforcement officers present. Even the police were afraid to go there. The judge ruled that it was a case of justifiable self defense
In the case of Mr Pretti, there were law enforcement officers and ICE agents present, and he refused to obey, and got shot because of his gun. Mr Pretti is a fool and does not know how to behave when he has a gun and law enforcement officers are present. There must have been dozens of civilians there with guns and they are alive today because they know how to conduct themselves.
