It's so odd to see CNN feature a Republican in a positive light. Kind of refreshing, too.

A similar system is in place in the Netherlands, it works quite well as far as I can tell. I was quite surprised to see Obama's plan not being something along these lines, since this "market"-based solution will have the support of many more Americans.

Romney is one of the very few adults remaining in the GOP. He might even have been elected president had he not decided to run as a chameleon in the 2008 primary.

It would be nice if Romney stepped into the fray and urged the GOP to consider something that at least draws upon his experiences with the plan in Massacuhessetts. Right now he's just making bland pleas for bipartisanship (suddenly seems everyone in the GOP now wants to get together with the Dems to sing kumbayah) without offering any specific ideas. Come on Romney.....LEAD!!!
