You heard right, Rosie Odonnell thinks martial law should be declared until Trump can prove he had no financial dealings with Russia.

This could catch on quick in the court systems. So instead of the burden of proof being placed on the prosecutor the burden of proof is now placed upon the defendant.

I would personally support the martial law providing that the said martial law would include preventing Rosie from eating any more donuts.
