Maybe.

The statistics and news channels keep showing blacks killing each other.
Ergo, the high murder rate in the American South.

Those southern trailer parks/mentality have just as many blacks as whites.
My incidental observation notice
MANY MORE white trailer camps than
Black or even integrated mobile parks.

It is strictly the American black culture.

Once, long ago, they wore suits and had respect for themselves and their community.
They cared about family and God.
They were amazing at music and sports.
They owned businesses in their communities and the only problem they had was racist whites which was dying on its own.

Then comes along Crack cocaine. (1980's)
...[text shortened]... very at every turn. That would be a good start towards a real cultural revolution within themselves.
Yeah, like Amos and Andy, huh?
Choppin' cane, pickin' cotten, yah,
the good ole days.

The glorification of gangsters from rap music brought in the "criminal mindset" where they only think about themselves.
That caused them to turn on each other and not care about the consequences of their actions. (1990's)

If you look at a timeline you can clearly see the downfall of black neighborhoods started with drugs and rap music.
So from your perspective, then, Government policy from the Whitehouse down had nothing to do with it? Lock up a Black man using crack, but a White man using powder, no that guy walks. And everyone from Eric Clapton to Richard Pryor to Robin Williams plus a cast of thousands normalized the use of the drug, but it was the Black man that got locked up for it and it somehow was Black culture that led to its downfall. Not the mass incarceration of the Black male population...

I’m pretty sure Eric Clapton, Richard Pryor and Robin Williams were not robbing liquor stores and convenience stores to buy more crack. 🤔

You know, I had a friend who was arrested in Denver around 1963 because he was caught with a single joint and sentenced to FORTY YEARS.
Anthony Dubois was his name and he came up to the judge and said THIS IS ON YOU.

And he had snuck in a pistol and in front of that retard so-called judge he shot himself in the head, committing suicide rather that going to jail for the rest of his life.

I will NEVER forget that.
