The study is suggesting that the states in the American South have the highest murder rates.
Of course it does. It has been that way for a very long time because the American South has the largest black population in the country.
It is also very poor, relatively speaking.
The study decided to ignore the root problem of who and why and twisted it so it became a Red vs Blue thing instead of a culture thing.
13 percent of the population is committing over 50 percent of the murders, as reported by the FBI, so the American South will have the highest murder rates for many more years to come.
If you look at democrat cities you will find a common denominator which is responsible for their high murder rates.
