San Francisco will roll out a pilot program in October that will pay “high risk” individuals not to shoot one another, Fox News reported.
The program, which is sponsored by the Dream Keeper Fellowship, will pay 10 people “who are at high risk of being on either end of a shooting” $300 per month to forego the violent crime. Notably, the Dream Keeper Initiative is part of San Francisco Mayor London Breed’s (D) plan to divert $120 million from the city’s law enforcement budget to projects aimed at helping the city’s black minority.

You can find on the internet that a surfing guy on a Hawaii beach was interviewed, and showed us all how he played at the beach all day, and knew how to game the system. He had entitlements totaling over $40,000 a year to live on, didn't marry, and didnt have children that he couldn't afford (one of my pet peeves, as you know). Cool, don't you think???

Think about the money saved if that deal works. If gun violence went down like 40% or so, there would be that much less need for cops to patrol 24 hours a day in hostile gang neighborhoods.
So it is an experiment. TRUMPITES would never even CONSIDER or THINK about such solutions.
THEIR solutions: Double the number of cops PERMANTENTLY and make sure there are a full load of THUG cops who LOVE to beat up blacks.

So you like the idea of small government to lazy to actually deal with social issues like failing infrastructure, how many times has the republican party passed laws dealing with infrastructure?

Give them money and they will just load up with drugs because we KNOW they are too STUPID to get an education and we LOVE the idea of 200,000 dollars in student loans a newly minted Phd has to contend with.
Then there is the idea that repubs HATE the idea of ONE MAN, ONE WOMAN, ONE VOTE because they are becoming minority and they have actually stated in court the only way they can win is to rig the system, not caring the fact we can lose our democracy completely if they pull it off.
