I think you are saying that ‘the executive branch was given the authority’ to relieve these parasites (my word) of debt????? Then why doesn’t he?

In all likelihood, the unprincipled right wing judges on the SCOTUS will invalidate it, ignoring their own prior restrictive rules on "standing" and using the "major questions doctrine" which they recently invented.
