That last is already in the works with states trying to pass laws allowing them to literally throw out electoral college votes and insert their own electoral college folks who will 100% vote the party way, thus the end of democracy here.

Show us where the right of school children to carry AR15's and kill kids in schools is in the constitution. When the constitution was written, the only rifle around was muskets. Real rapid fire thing.
They didn't know about a LOT of stuff we have now, so I guess if it's not in the constitution about the rights for women to use the pill, I guess that stuff is out too.
